ABOUT US
It all started when Adel and Camila visited a rural village in Mexico in the summer of 2018 that is populated by mostly Native Indigenous people where their first language is not Spanish. They had trouble communicating but knew that many had some basic English knowledge. They wanted to go back to teach in person but do to COVID-19 pandemic they were not able to. So a few years later they saw an opportunity and contacted Father Francisco Martinez Gracian from the local church and asked if they could connect remotely. This is how English with a Mission was started.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to encourage the practice of the English language by teaching conversational English. Our goal is to reach out to rural regions across the globe that have some basic English to give them that opportunity and build confidence. But also at the same time create a learning opportunity of each others culture.
OUR VISION
We want to increase communication between different cultures through the widely spoken language of English. Our vision is that together we can increase cultural sensitivity and humility. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our students from the moment they reach out to us.
